India Travel by Fairy Queen - Fairy Queen hold the record of beeing the oldest working locomotive in the world. Its name was entered in Guiness Book of World Records on 13th January 1998. the Fairy Queen first started its journey in the year 1855 AD and continued to run till 1908 AD. in 1908, regular opertation of the train was discontinued due to some reasons. Indian Railways took the initiative to start regular operation of the train once again in July1997. the train runs as a 'Heritage Train' between Delhi and Alwar where the tourists are taken to the Sariksa Wildlife Sanctuary by luxury bus. 1 Night / 2 Days travel of the Fairy Queen begins at Delhi Cantonment Railway Station on every 2nd and 4th Saturdays from October to March in the Fairy Queen Travel.
