Nagin Lake is a part of Dal Lake which is separated by a thin causeway and is an exciting tourist spot with number of houseboats dwindling in the calm water. It is located in the east of the city at the foothill of the Zabarwan Mountain. The lake permits only bickers and walkers to enter the lake precincts. The caseway carries the water supply pipeline to the Srinagar city in the east.
