• Kasu Brahmananda Reddy National Park

Kasu Brahmananda Reddy National Park, named after the former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh – Late Mr. Kasu Brahmananda Reddy is situated near Jubilee Hills in Hyderabad. Spread on 400 acre, the park is renowned for its lush greenery and serene ambience. The earlier name of the park was Chiran Palace, which was built in 1960 but later on the entire palace complex was taken over by the Andhra Pradesh state government and was declared as a National Park in 1998.

• Mahavir Harina Vanasthali National Park

The Mahavira Harina Vanasthali National Park is located at a convenient distance of about 15 km in Vanasthalipuram, which lies on the outskirts of Hyderabad city on the Hyderabad- Vijayawada road. The park was established in 1975 during the commemoration of the 2500th birth anniversary of renowned Jain saint 'Lord Mahavira'. It was once the favorite hunting grounds of the Nizams who were the former rulers of Hyderabad.
