Kasu Brahmananda Reddy National Park, named after the former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh – Late Mr. Kasu Brahmananda Reddy is situated near Jubilee Hills in Hyderabad. Spread on 400 acre, the park is renowned for its lush greenery and serene ambience. The earlier name of the park was Chiran Palace, which was built in 1960 but later on the entire palace complex was taken over by the Andhra Pradesh state government and was declared as a National Park in 1998.
